As each piece is carefully hand painted and packaged by hand, please allow adequate time for processing before shipment.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Custom commissions may require additional creation time, which will be discussed before purchase.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped from Scotland, United Kingdom.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

Every Dotelier piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, Dotelier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
